In the pursuit of delivering high-fidelity career optimization tools, the Company shall aggregate data categorized as follows:

  • Directly Disclosed Information: This includes, but is not limited to, comprehensive professional curricula vitae (CVs), historical resumes, academic transcripts, and proprietary career narratives submitted via our secure portals.
  • Transactional Metadata: All financial interactions are conducted exclusively in USD. While the Company utilizes encrypted third-party fiscal intermediaries to facilitate these transactions, we maintain rigorous oversight of billing identifiers to ensure audit compliance.
  • Automated Telemetry: We utilize sophisticated diagnostic tools to collect non-personal technical data, including IP addresses, browser heuristics, and session-based interaction metrics to optimize our digital infrastructure.

2. Utilitarian Purpose of Processing

The processing of Client data is strictly confined to the mechanical and creative requirements of service fulfillment. This includes the syntactical restructuring of professional histories, the strategic integration of industry-specific keywords for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compatibility, and the management of the 7-day revisionary window.

3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Mandate

WhiteCV and WorldCart INC. operate under a strict non-alienation principle regarding Client data. We categorically affirm that personal or professional information shall not be sold, leased, or otherwise disseminated to external commercial entities for marketing purposes. Disclosure is permitted only under the following specific conditions:

  • Intra-Corporate Synergy: Data may be accessed by authorized personnel within the WorldCart INC. corporate structure for the sole purpose of quality assurance.
  • Statutory Compulsion: The Company shall disclose information only when mandated by a competent legal authority or to mitigate systemic fraud.

4. Technical Safeguards and Data Integrity

We employ robust cryptographic protocols, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, to fortify the transmission of Client assets. Notwithstanding these measures, the Client acknowledges that no electronic transmission over the global network can be guaranteed as absolute, and the Client assumes the inherent risks associated with digital data transfer.

5. Retention and Eradication Protocols

Unless otherwise specified by a formal “Right to Erasure” request, the Company shall retain a digital copy of the finalized resume or CV for a duration of twelve (12) months. This retention period is designed to facilitate future iterative updates. Upon the expiration of this term, or upon explicit written request, the Company shall initiate a permanent data purging sequence from all active servers.

6. Jurisdictional Governance

This Policy is governed by the prevailing legal statutes applicable to the incorporation of WorldCart INC.
