WhiteCV provides professional writing services, including but not limited to, Resume writing, CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and Cover Letter drafting (“Services”). All Services are provided based on the information and career history submitted by the user.

2. User Responsibilities

  •  Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. The Company is not liable for any career consequences or professional discrepancies resulting from inaccurate or misleading information provided by you.
  • Timely Communication: To ensure delivery within our stated timelines, you must provide feedback or requested details promptly. Delays in user response will result in a corresponding extension of the delivery deadline.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Prepayment: All Services must be paid for in full at the time of booking via our authorized payment gateways.
  • Currency: All transactions and prices are processed and listed in USD (United States Dollars).
  • No Refunds: Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of professional writing services, all sales are final. Once the drafting process has commenced, the Company does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

4. Revision Policy

  • Revision Window: We offer a 7-day revision period starting from the date the first draft is delivered to you. You must request any adjustments within this timeframe.
  • Scope of Revisions: Revisions are intended for minor adjustments, such as refining the tone, correcting formatting, or highlighting specific existing achievements.
  • Exclusions: Requesting a completely different job target or adding significant new experience that was not disclosed in the initial consultation may be considered a new order and may incur additional fees. After the 7-day window expires, the project is considered finalized.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Upon final payment and delivery, the text of the final Resume or CV document becomes your property for personal use.
  • Restrictions: The unique layouts, proprietary design elements, and specialized methodologies utilized by WhiteCV remain the exclusive intellectual property of WorldCart INC. You are prohibited from reselling or using our templates for any commercial purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

  • No Guarantee of Employment: WhiteCV and WorldCart INC. provide the tools to enhance your job search but do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or specific salary outcomes. The final hiring decision remains exclusively with the employer.
  • ATS Compatibility: While we use industry-standard formatting to be “bot-friendly,” we do not guarantee 100% compatibility with every proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS) version, as these are third-party systems subject to frequent updates.
  • Total Liability: In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you exceed the actual amount paid in USD for the specific service purchased.

7. Privacy and Data Security

Your personal and professional data is handled with strict confidentiality. By using our Services, you consent to the collection of your data by WorldCart INC. solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8. Termination of Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a project without refund if a user provides fraudulent documentation or displays unprofessional or abusive behavior toward our staff.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorldCart INC. is registered.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Continued use of the website or services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
